For original artworks, I will pack and ship them directly from my artist studio as soon as I can, normally within 3-5 working days. During holiday times (Christmas and summer) the delivery of original artworks may vary in case I'm travelling. This will be highlighted clearly on the website during such dates.

For prints on fine art paper and canvas, my print partner will send the print to you during all times of the year (last delivery day for Christmas gifts will be announced). The printing process and shipment starts directly as you place the order on my website. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for standard shipping. Please see shipping options in the check-out cashier.

For original artworks, the shipping depends on your adress and country. Please note the shipping estimation in the check-out.

For prints on fine art paper and canvas, my print partner will choose the printer closest to you geographically to minimize the transport distance. In most countries, standard/economy shipping is 2-4 working days after you have placed the order. Please check the estimated time in the cashier check-out.

Original artworks will be send in flat cartoon boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap and additional story foam if needed.

Original drawings on paper will be sent in a tube.

Prints on fine art paper without frame will be sent in a tube.

Prints on fine art paper with frame will be sent in a box with strong edges to protect the frame.

Canvas prints will be sent packed with strong edges, wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.

Within the EU I offer 30 days free return policy. Make sure that the artwork is packed exactly as it arrived. Damaged artworks cannot be refunded. Please see return policy to start a return process. Click here Returns

Unfortunately I am not able to offer a return option to my prints, as these are printed according to your chosen size, and I am not able to keep stock in my small art studio.For claims or damaged prints, please read about claims here Claims

Once the claim has been approved a full refund will be made back to your paying method. The transfer will be visible within up to 10 banking days.
