Refund policy

All my artworks are created from my heart, and I pour all my energy into photographing and showing them on the website as accurately as possible. In case you would like to return your artwork due to change of mind, please note the following.

Original artworks
I offer a 30-day return policy on all my original pieces, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (within the EU). Please read below under "To start a return"

Prints on fine art paper and canvas
Unfortunately I am not able to offer a return option to my prints, as there are printed according to your chosen size and layout at my printer, once you have placed the order. Therefor, I am not able to stock and make returns from my art studio. However, if anything doesn't feel right, please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original art has to be shipped back with the same company as it was shipped with to ensure its safe return. Large scale original art which is sent with specialized art shipping companies, must be returned with the same shipping company for its safe arrival back to my art studio.

To start a return:
- Make sure to request a return and be in contact with me, before sending your artwork back. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact me at the contact page CONTACT ME

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Please note, all screens on PC's and Mac's, plus phones, show colors slightly different. In all my photography, I have a very strong focus on color-accuracy and I make sure that the photo of the artwork and the artwork itself are as close as possible in color shades. If however the colors or anything else seems off with your artwork, please contact me to make your claim. For issues with color accuracy, I will have to consult my printer to see if they approved the claim and send a new print to you. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (applies to original art). Please note that prints on fine art paper and canvas are not returnable. 

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
